We want you to love your Ilio Swim pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Hygiene liner intact
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. A return shipping label costs 39 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer both refunds and exchanges. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or send out your exchange item within 5–7 business days.

Danish Consumer Rights
As a customer in Denmark, you are entitled to a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law (fortrydelsesret). Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement.
