Shipping
We ship all orders within 3–5 business days in Denmark.
At the moment, we only ship within Denmark. If you live outside Denmark and are interested in placing an order, you are always welcome to contact us — and we will do our best to find a solution together.
Returns & Refunds
You have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs 39 DKK and is paid by the customer.
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Claims & Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please send us an email with photos and a description of the issue.
If we determine that the item is faulty, we will of course send you a new bikini at no additional cost.
